This quote to me means that if you sacrifice your life to something that you want just for a moment, what you will want later will no longer be an option just because of one mistake you did. If there is anything in life that you want to do then you just have to keep in mind that anything you do can and will determine if you will do what you seek for the most.

Reflection:

 When there is someone in need of help I'm sure that you try to do whatever you can to help, so there really isn't a difference in standing up to something that can cause harm. CTR can sometimes bring consequences that you might not like. People could hate you , they can make fun of you, or even cause danger to you but if you know that no one is by your side, that shouldn't be a wall that stands in the way of your belief. You have to stand proudly to be the change you want others to be. It only takes one person to make a change and that person can be you.

This quote is stating that a ctr person is someone who makes the world a better place. Take for example a kid at the age of 6 who determined to become a successful football player later on he will because he is actually making a great human out of himself.
